So what makes this course special?
It gives you the practical skills and ethical understanding that is required prior to being assessed to be able to progress to all other PA qualifications.

 

Overview
This course is suitable for those working with pesticides. It is based round the National Proficiency Test Council PA1 (Foundation) examination and is designed to help people to successfully prepare for their exam. The course lasts for two days, with the test on the second day following the course. The examination is a multiple choice, computerised exam, using the e-volve on line assessment with user friendly navigation allowing the learner to take a test with questions selected at random from the course content. There is a minimum pass rate of 24 out of 33.

Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements.


Certification / Award on successful completion
NPTC Assessments take place on a separate day, depending on assessor availability and candidate ability.  Successful candidates will be awarded with NPTC Certificates of competence for PA1.
